If your credit isn't exactly what you would consider "good credit", my question to you is do you like
where you are with your credit? Do you consider your credit to be bad credit? Are you wanting to change
your situation?
Before you can seek credit repair, you have to want to do so. If the want isn't there, you'll be just
like the vicious polar bear in the zoo. Let me paint this picture for you.
Some scientists performed an experiment once with a polar bear in a zoo. They wanted to see how the
bear would react to different environments. The bear was put in a cage. Every day, food would be left for
him about 20 feet from his "house", so to speak. Everyday, the bear would come out of its house, walk 20
feet forward, eat its food and walk 20 feet back to its house. This continued for awhile. Then, the folks
tried something different, they took the cage away so the bear could roam around freely. But they still
put the food 20 feet away.
Guess what happened? Nothing. The bear got up, walked 20 feet to its food, ate it, and walked 20 feet
back to its cage. Then the folks did something amazing, they put the food 30 feet from the house. The
bear got up, walked.......20 feet......didn't have the food, and walked 20 feet back to its house,
without eating.
The bear was so accustomed to having everything a certain way that when it was changed, the bear
didn't change. It's habits were such that it didn't know what to do.
I say this to ask a question....are you the same way with your credit? Are you in need of
credit repair but you're unwilling to do anything about it? Are you content with
walking the 20 feet, stopping, looking at what you could have and then walking back without getting
it? Do you follow this analogy? There are too many folks out in the world like this, are you one of
them?
